1. Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Custom-order or personalized items do not have a right to 30 days refund.
2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
3. Please contact us to explain the return reasons. For any uninformed return requests, you may bear the return cost or take responsibility for lost items.
4. To be eligible for a return, Please contact our Customer service at support@onbrill.net to get the return address. If the return request is approved, please ship the item to the address provided by us and provide the tracking number to us.
5. Please do not return the damaged item to us.

3. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please check and wait patiently.

ONBRILL offers a 1-year limited warranty against defects in materials or workmanship.

b. Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, fading).

[Claim Process]

Contact our support team with photos/video of the issue. If covered, we’ll repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion.
